Past students have ranged from middle-aged "comeback" players to high school "All-Staters." 

While pursuing a Masters of Music at Rice University in Houston, Texas, Mr. Scanlon served as Adjunct Professor of Trumpet at San Jacinto College in Pasadena, Texas.  He also taught private trumpet lessons throughout the Greater Houston Area, and as a staffed private instructor for the independent school districts of Clear Creek, Cy-Fair, Pearland, Pasadena, Spring, Tomball, Klein and Alvin.  Mr. Scanlon's teaching services were also requested for coachings and masterclasses with the trumpet sections of the Houston Youth Symphony, and the Houston Concert Band. 

Mr. Scanlon is currently based in Boston and would be happy to come to your home for a lesson.
